Everyone in this world wants more. Whether this be: to write more, do more work, have more hours of work to get more money or even just more time! Well, some of those i can’t help you with but instead i can show you how to get more done in the time you have. So, without any delays here are my 3 favourite apps to dominate my and soon to be your productivity.

3: Todoist

Todoist is a wonderful app that allows you to manage all your tasks. It is my go to digital todo list and it was so good, i moved completely digital; leaving the world of pen and paper behind. You can create projects to manage your tasks, add priorities, set how often they reoccur. Essentially, all your needs for task listing are taken care of in the free version of the app.

If you want more you can check out there premium version which costs £27.99 per year. With the premium version of the app. You can access features like: reminders, commenting, calendar sync, file uploads and more. Try this app and you’ll love it!

Check them out at the link below for your relevant app store.

Google Play Store

2: Microsoft OneNote

Microsoft OneNote is one of the many note taking apps out there in the world. Others such as: Evernote, Google Keep and Apple Notes all have there benefits. Yet, I think they lack some of the best features of OneNote. OneNote offers complete control of your notes organisation. There structure: notebooks, pages and posts. You can have as many notebooks as you want with as many pages and posts as you want. You can even have a hierarchy of posts to have sub-posts.

When it comes to actually being productive. OneNote allows you to clip anything from websites into the app. And, when you copy and paste a link; you can take a screen capture with it. You can draw on your posts so it becomes a drawing pad. There is so much to OneNote that it could have it’s own article explaining how awesome it is! So, don’t waste any time and go check it out already.

You get OneNote as part of the Office 365 subscription which costs $6.99 per month. Check it out on your favourite app store down below:

1: Google Calendar

Google Calendar is my go to calendar app and it has been for some time. Even when i had an iPhone believe it or not. The interface is clean and very user friendly. It also syncs across your devices and your Google account. It links into apps such as IFTTT and Zapier to allow you to automate your workflow. Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing that Google Calendar doesn’t do well.

The best bit of all this, is that the app and the website is completely free to use and has been since the beginning. There’s not even a premium plan in place. Everyone gets everything for free. What’s not to like about that? So, go check it out on your app store down below:

Conclusion

Those were my 3 favourite apps that boost my productivity and to try organise my life into an easy to read app. (This doesn’t normally happen though).

If you have any suggestions for apps that also boost your productivity then put them down below. And, if you enjoyed this article then please green heart it so others can find it too.

Thank you :)
